Plenty of good Macintosh history available online. Any point in duplicating that here? -- xerobase

There is a tendancy for this site to focus on how a term benefits the end user. We usually leave the in-depth history stuff to Wikipedia (which is very similar to iA) as it is more "encyclopedic". Infoanarchy seems to focus on the new, interactive, how-does-it-affect-me-now stuff. However, please feel free to put anything you want ESPECIALLY if there isn't a good resource out there somewhere else. I've noticed that topics I assumed were already quite well documented often aren't. Webfork
