• (copyright or patent) == (no free market) One idea that I think we should look at is that there can be no free market with respect to any thing that is copyrighted or patented. If this is the case, can there be any call for the government to not regulate the market in such things on free market grounds? Or any objection to calls to regulate the market in these things on free market grounds?

• Abusive (any?) copyright or patent use intereferes with meme transmission and is thus bad for the human race. Agree? Disagree? Discuss?

• What is the moral foundation (proposition) on the part of "intellectual property" proponents for having patents be of shorter duration than copyrights.

• What is the moral justification for having some types of mental creations protectable, while other types are not?

• Develop a list of protectable and non-protectable mental creations.
