- Gnucleus - Excellent open-source client with many powerful features like search result refining, auto-resume, auto-download-source-check, dynamic sorting etc. - Also used by Morpheus, MyNapster, and Kiwi Alpha.
- MyNapster | Sourceforge page - MyNapster is a Win32 client (works on other operating systems with emulation software such as WINE) using Gnutella and IRC for chat. It is based on Gnucleus and utilizes MFC
