Change law so that unmarked works default to Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike and GPL for code.

Perhaps no attribution for some works.

In conjunction with this suggestion:

Copyright Term Reform/Reregistration

Instead of going public domain on failure to reregister, go Attribution-ShareAlike and GPL. Only go Public Domain when copyright expires as per all rights reserved terms.

I think this could have some great impacts. What are some possible objections to these ideas?
