This entire topic can be really fleshed out with chat on the ergonomics or computing.. on the philosophies etc.. which speak of the user-computer interactions which need to be kept in mind for software development and interactions. -- rack
Could bring all user-concerns over to a page like this.. a "user interaction" type page.. which speaks of everything from functionality and software, annoyances (popups, banners, spyware), cruft, dated software.. alpha software, cookies, browsing without images, etc etc.. I should also bring up the concept of a 'page cleanup' bookmarklet, which ought to be seriously refined so a user can customize preferences etc.. -- rack
