Are there many mod files for tracker programs on any file sharing networks? - ABliss

I'm sure there are, but it's not strictly necessary - usually they're distributed in ZIP files and are well under a meg each. Probably your best bet would be to go to an FTP site and download the 00index.txt or the complete listing of ALL mods on the site... and then type the filenames into E-Mule or a similar program. -- Amw

For SIDs, the High Voltage Sid Collection is more than enought (21000 files, or something, link on Mod).

I'm wondering about Mikmod, it sometimes sounds very different than both XMP and ModPlugPlay. See: http://bofx.net/mod for an example and hear for yourself! The original .mod is included, the OGGs are about 6/10 encoded. I'll add an OGG created from an Amiga some day -- dpi
