Whoever wrote this was thinking without logic and reasoning. They tried to devise a preference model for people, but instead discussed behaviour and actions. It doesn't make sense, like God or Evil. - ABliss

I agree with you "instinctively follows the culture and written rules, but who influences others to the same ideals" is nonsense. Pioneers are people who break ground and make decisions based on those ideals, not just some kind of follower/preacher. And you can either "influence others to the same ideals" or "lead by example" but I would say doing both effectively is difficult.

However, I do think that Good Guys being the opposite of Bad Guys. But that doesn't mean much.

Yes, leading by example is good because it proves what someone says is true. When the opposite of what is said is done, then people who are able to perceive this, quickly lose trust in that person or group of people. This is the trick, talk about something good, while you do something bad. This falseness is wrong and unethical - ABliss
