Since I don't think I fully understand this, topic, I have to say the introduction and what the rest of the page seem to say are two different things. The first sentence:

This form of writing is known to obfuscate a sentence, and is intentionally used to hide or confuse a sentence.

I think should be:

A method of adding emphasis to a statement and communicating its gravity and not simply for use in proper nouns.
