Is there an area of discussion of the relative value of CamelCase vs. Free Links in their relative value for getting search results. I have opened this topic as a result of my reading here at SearchCase page at wakkawiki.com. I appear also to have gotten some advice in deactivating CamelCase for Wakkas.

BumpyCase is completely different, much like a WikiWord, or derogatory thereof.

Looking for Free Link markup systems which might be used in WakkaWiki, or might just ModUp!
