FLCL is a Japanese anime made by Gainax in 2001 (? not sure about the date). It is also the name of the very first episode.
It is the story of a young boy named Naota, hanging out with Mamimi, the girlfriend of Naota's absentee brother. Their relationship is an uneasy one, since Mamimi seems to enjoy teasing Naota quite a bit. Suddenly, their time together is interrupted by the arrival of a seemingly insane girl on a motorscooter. She runs over Naota and then whacks him in the head with her guitar...then all the havoc and mayhem starts when robots start growing out of his forehead.
Flcl is an anime directed by Tsurumaki Kazuya, animated by Hiramatsu Tadashi and Imaishi Hiroyuki,designed by Sadamoto Yoshiyuki and writen by Enokido Yoji.

Haruhara Haruko This bizzare young woman arrived in Takun's townhome one day, hit him in the head with a guitar, and gave him the kiss of life (tongue included), but thought he was just faking it when she realized he wasn't dead and called him a useless pervert before driving off on her vespa pnly to appear later at his home as his new house keeper after running over his dad as well. She spends most of her time teasing Takun by kissing him like he's her lover on occasion and flirting with her dad while behind her ditzy behavior laid the mind of an intergalatic terrorist who wanted to destroy every human mind by ironing out the wrinkles which symbolized their curiosity. She actually seems to become attracted to the kid for real after Takun tells her he loves her and gives her a passionate kiss during the final episode.
Naota is a wise-mouth, sophistacated, 6th grader.He has enough to deal with at home, his father and grandfather never act adult. He looks up to his brother, who moved to the US to play baseball. His brother's girlfriend, Mamimi, is making advances on him. Oh, and there's a so-called alien hitting on him.Really. With a bass guitar. After that a robot, Canti, sprouts from his noggin'. And some horns appear. Weird. We sure like it, but who understands it anyway??
Samejima Mamimi Girlfriend to the brother of the main character Naota. Naota's brother has gone to America to play professional baseball, so Mamimi spends her time with Naota instead. She enjoys photography, smoking, and playing with fire. She also enjoys doing 'stuff' with Naota.
