Feedback is communication which is conveyed back into the system from which it resulted from. Feedback can be something which is desired as a good thing and at other times a bad thing with causes interference.
In democracies elections are used to poll feedback from voters. Other examples include;
- Opinion and comments posted in reponse to a weblog entry, wiki entry, etc
- Noise can cause feedback in audio systems.
- a peacock's beautiful fantail, a product of past aesthetics whims
- iterations in fractal formula
