Acronym for Frequently Asked Questions. Often includes a list of common questions users of a product may have. People are expected to read a FAQ before they use methods to ask to a real person like IRC, E-mail or Usenet. If one does not, he/she can receive a RTFM as response.
FAQ's are good for newbies and troubleshooting.
