- An analysis which was not written in 5 minutes, but which in the end 'just points to LGPL' as a solution without pointing out the negative sides of that? Well, i hope people who read this will analyse LGPL before releasing software under that license.
- As for sourcecode which is GPL and BSD's: sometimes sourcecode gets also released under BSD license so it can be a part of a BSD licensed project. You just have to ask the author(s) for that. =dpi
